What we collect

The addresses people check, and anything you send in the sketch form: name, phone, email, property address and your note. Our server also sees your IP address, which we use only to stop abuse and don't store with your form.

How we use it

To check your lot, draw your sketch, and contact you about your property. We share it only with the builders, engineers and title companies working on your lot. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Where the lot data comes from

Public government map services (San Diego County, SANDAG, your city, CAL FIRE, FEMA and others). We send them your address or parcel to run the check.

Texts and calls

We only call or text if you checked the consent box. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on the phone.
